Tessera

Tessera is a voxel synthesizer you play on a 3D grid. The grid is a layout of notes: across for semitones, up for octaves. Click a cube to play its note, drag to glide between them, orbit and zoom to move around it. Where you play on the grid also colors the timbre, so the same line sounds different depending on where it sits.

Three morphing oscillators (saw through square to triangle) and a sub per voice, an ADSR, a filter, drive, and an LFO. Four inharmonic modal resonators give it a struck, bell-like ring. A DRIFT mode plays the grid for you, self-triggering and scale-quantized. Eight presets.
